Roles and Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers in rural areas to drive business growth.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling various financial products.

Develop and execute strategies to increase rural finance penetration through microfinance products like JLGs (Joint Liability Groups) and MFI (Microfinance Institution).

Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in banking or microfinance industry.

Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
