Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service team, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve service standards. Responsibilities include addressing client feedback, resolving complaints, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a customer-focused culture. The role will also involve analyzing customer data to improve processes and support decision-making.
