Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service by managing customer relationships and coordinating logistics activities. You will support or lead a team, ensure smooth operations, and drive continuous improvements to achieve high service quality and customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Ranjangaon, Pune & will report to the Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities: -

  • Lead and support the customer service team, building a competent, engaged, and high-performing workforce aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of service and performance targets.
  • Manage order handling and invoicing processes in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor open orders and coordinate with production and distribution teams to improve delivery timelines and service reliability.
  • Analyze reports and share clear updates on order status and expected delivery timelines with stakeholders.
  • Plan and balance team workload, address customer concerns effectively, and drive continuous improvements in processes, systems, and team capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or logistics, including team handling.
  • Basic knowledge of order management, invoicing, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with good communication and organizational skills.
