We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our International BPO team in India. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our international clientele, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one additional language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with a calm demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of international markets and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
