Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Intern role based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Intern will address with customer inquiries via phone and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. Additional tasks include assisting with routine reporting, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to refine customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in customer-facing interactions, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive Customer Experience and support initiatives that increase Customer Satisfaction.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities, including proper Phone Etiquette and active listening.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Gujarati, English, Hindi
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow standard procedures, and adapt to feedback in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with customer service or ticketing tools.
  • Current student or recent graduate in business, communications, or a related field preferred, but all fields of study are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in developing a career in customer service, operations, or client-facing roles.
