We are hiring Customer Service Experts for our Airline client.
Job Requirement
- Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination
- Confident, Energetic Assertive while conversing
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- GDS Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle complex situations
- Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process
Requirements
- Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a
BPO, will be helpful
