Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. You will manage incoming customer interactions, provide updated information on products and services, and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless issue resolution. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and identifying opportunities for service improvements are important aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service with the ability to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to assure the delivery of a high-quality, customer-centered experience.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in professional writing and speaking for effective communication with customers.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
