Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Support customer onboarding and loan processing under supervision.
  2. Log cases in system and follow SOP for disbursement and sanction compliance.
  3. Assist in customer requirement handling and product cross-selling.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to audit and regulatory norms.

Job Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Basic understanding of financial services operations.
  3. Good communication and document verification skills.
  4. Willingness to learn under supervision and follow structured processes.
