Job Description

*What are the responsibilities in this role *

1. Handle emergency inbound calls from US customers needing roadside help.

2. Assess the issue and dispatch the nearest appropriate service (tow, battery, flat tire, etc.).

3. Keep customers informed with real-time updates and estimated service arrival time.

4. Stay calm and empathetic with customers under stress or in difficult situations.

5. Maintain accurate records of each case in CRM.

5. Follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

6. Explain coverage, entitlements, or additional charges as per the process.

7. Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and collect feedback post-resolution.

*In order to apply for this process, you must have the following: *

1. Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience (mandatory).

2. A Graduate Fresher can also apply with excellent English communication skills.

2. Versant level 6 or above in spoken English.

3. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and handle pressure situations.

5. Immediate joiners preferred.
