Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes actively managing customer relationships, monitoring service performance, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The candidate will act as a reliable point of contact, delivering excellent support and maintaining service standards.
