Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive with a technical background in Electrical or ETC engineering. The role involves addressing customer queries, providing basic technical support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide basic technical support related to electrical/electronic products or services
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with service, technical, and sales teams for issue resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Prepare service-related reports and documentation
- Comply with company policies and service standards
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Working knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication
- Freshers to candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good coordination skills
