Customer Service Executive

Job description:

SkyWaltz Balloon Safari is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive who can manage both customer interactions and on-ground operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with both Indian and international guests, coordinating balloon flight operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to work from the office, on the ground during flight operations, and remotely whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate confidently with both domestic and international guests in English and Hindi.

Welcome and assist guests during balloon flight operations.

Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Coordinate with pilots, drivers, and the ground operations team for seamless daily operations.

Handle on-ground activities and assist in managing flight operations efficiently.

Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and overall service quality.

Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Be available to work on-site as well as remotely whenever operational requirements demand.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Confident in interacting with international clients.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage guests and coordinate ground operations.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
