As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to deliver excellent customer support and coordinate with our Sales, Technical, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Handle customer orders, quotations, delivery updates, and service requests.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Track and follow up on service tickets until completion.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Prepare service reports and update internal systems.

• Assist in scheduling product deliveries, installations, and maintenance appointments.

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience using ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.

• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in IoT, engineering, utilities, or technology industries will be an added advantage.
