2. Generate Plans For Network Augmentation

designs and plan the augmentation

Explain the plan to

Communicate with Field

3. Network Optimization & Plans

Identify Bandwidth Crunch Areas

Plan Re-grooming the network

4. Synergy with Team

Initiate network
activities

Feedback to reporting Manager

Bring the team to the required level
of functional expertise

5. Imparting Training to Teams

Impart On the
job training to team

Recommend external
training needs

6 Problem Management:

  • Drive
    problem resolution across all functions for the timely delivery of services

    Escalation
    to reporting Manager

    Essential Qualifications:

    Degree
    in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering

    Requisite Skills:

    Technical


    Knowledge of SDH /DWDM / SONET technologies


    Knowledge of Ethernet/IP Technology


    Knowledge of SDH Multiplexers , GMPLS


    Knowledge of International Submarine Cable n/w for IPLC

    Functional

    Knowledge
    of OSS systems

    Hand On
    experience on Various Vendor NMS/ EMS like Ciena , ECI , Marconi , Tejas.

    Written
    & Oral Communication skills.

    Knowledge
    of International Submarine Cable n/w for IPLC

    of Cramer/NIMS/REPC/TCX
