Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to retail asset products
- Provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Educate customers about bank products and services to support informed decisions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet individual and team targets for service quality and customer satisfaction
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on bank products, services, and processes
- Support sales goals through effective customer engagement.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi regional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in computer systems and applications.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
