We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer queries across calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and marketplaces
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, product queries, returns, and refunds
  • Provide prompt, clear, and empathetic support
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases when required
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal teams for faster resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and help improve customer experience processes

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in customer support/customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Strong ownership, patience, and empathy while handling customers
