We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer queries across calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and marketplaces
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, product queries, returns, and refunds
- Provide prompt, clear, and empathetic support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal teams for faster resolution
- Identify recurring issues and help improve customer experience processes
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in customer support/customer service roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Strong ownership, patience, and empathy while handling customers
