Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers for business opportunities with assistance from the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collect customer documents and validate them as per organizational norms.
  • Log cases in the system as per the standard operating procedures and follow the complete disbursement process.
  • Meet the required sanction ratio as per organizational expectations.
  • Understand customer requirements and assist in cross-selling relevant products under guidance from the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Support the Supervisor/Manager in empaneling new vendors and developing ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Assist the Supervisor/Manager in ensuring adherence to all Audit guidelines and RBI regulations.
