Customer Service Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the design and reel department operations
• Take client requirements over calls/WhatsApp and brief editors clearly
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for timely creation and revisions
• Handle client queries
• Handle clients social media pages
• Follow up with team and clients for approvals
• Maintain content calendar and basic reporting of uploads
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed for each client
• Track reel performance and suggest basic improvements
• Handle minor client queries related to reels and posts
• Coordinate with the design team when required

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of Instagram reels and trends
• Organised and detail-oriented
