Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can provide excellent support to customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other support channels
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns, refunds, and products
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, operations, and marketing for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer complaints and feedback
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and purchase-related queries
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand experience
  • Follow up on pending customer issues until closure
  • Support during sales campaigns, launches, and high-volume periods
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports related to customer support activities

  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM/support tools
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred Qualification

  • Graduate in any field
  • Prior experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail, or jewellery industry is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
