Customer complaint Management Network monitoring of Transmission Network Customer SPOC for TT opening and providing timely updates to customer and other internal stakeholders.Trouble Ticket Assignment to technical teams (Designated Network Operations Centres )Escalation and Notification ManagementFirst Level Troubleshooting for Transmission Customers.As per Incident Management process - Periodic updates to customer RFO and Ticket closure.Change Management notifications to end customer.Providing better experience to end customer for all products of customer.Basic understanding of SDH/DWDM/OTN technology
