Position Title: Executive Position Type: System Administrator
I) Position Summary/Job Description:
Should know about SDN with the VMware EHC Cloud perception.
Deployment and Configuration Support on Linux based and Microsoft platform OS.
Expertise in Virtualization Technology like VMware, HCI with Nutanix.
Perform windows Security patching, backups on multiple environments of Linux, windows servers
VM and hardware resource health monitoring.
Perform proactive maintenance including backup storage hardware and software upgrades and patch installation on different platforms.
Creating user accounts and performing access control on VM applications and tools.
Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Good knowledge of preparing Documentation processes.
Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting in system.
5 years Experience of installing, configuring, and maintainingVMwaresystems.
Support large-scale computer systems in a Data Center Environment is a plus.
VMwarevCenter Server (experience withVMwarevSphere Suite 5x/6x,VMwareSRM 5x/6x, vRealize Operations Manager, and ESXi is a plus)
Experience on vCenter cluster features like HA, DRS, SDRS, FT, SRM etc.
Good understanding of creating service profiles & using templates in Cisco USC platform.
Good experience on maintaining standard Firmware / software of Host, VM,VMwaretools & Hardware versions across the environment.
Real time experience in troubleshooting resource bottlenecks issues like high Memory, CPU, Disk, Network.
Windows System Administration with good knowledge of DHCP, DNS activities.
Strong understanding of VMware vSphere Networking and Cisco AVE.
General process knowledge with build, implementation, provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
II) Person Specification:
Any IT graduate (BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (IT),BE,BTech)
Hands-on experience on different servers Linux, Windows server 2016 & 19,22
Hands-on experience on VMware/Nutanix.
Minimum - VMware certified for Network virtualisation
Preferred - VMware Certified Implementation Expert - Network Virtualization
Good understanding of ITIL practices
Excellent troubleshooting skills.

5 Year of experience in a service provider for DC- Infrastructure background.
