Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English + local language communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools / customer service software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledge preferred
