Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding interior design services and products.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide customers with updates on their projects and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and service improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
