Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Mumbai

Position Overview:- We are seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Service Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This position plays a critical role in supporting both the sales team and customers by managing business requirements, coordinating communication, and preparing essential reports.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring that their queries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.

Sales Business Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align customer requirements with available business solutions. Facilitate the flow of information between sales representatives and customers to ensure alignment with business goals.

Reporting Documentation: Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions, sales progress, and business requirements. Monitor customer feedback and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Data Entry Tracking: Ensure that all customer data and interactions are properly logged in the system. Track sales-related activities and maintain accurate records.

Customer Issue Resolution: Support the resolution of customer issues by liaising with different departments, ensuring timely solutions to challenges faced by customers.

Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure the fulfillment of customer needs and business objectives.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any relevant field (preferably Business Administration, Sales or Marketing).

2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving approach.

Experience with report generation and data analysis is a plus.
