Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based at the AASP in Kolkata. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role majorly involves happy calling the service customers of Macintel Solutions by maintaining a high level of professionalism, and providing support to both individual and enterprise clients. Building strong customer relationships and representing the company's commitment to excellence in service will be integral to this role. The individual will be responsible for attaining CSAT (customer satisfaction rating) as per Apple Standards after undergoing appropriate training.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent English / Bengali / Hindi verbal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers.
  • Competence in Customer Support and Customer Service, with experience in resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to monitor and improve service quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client requirements or challenges.
  • Prior experience in technology or retail-related customer service is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field preferred, with relevant experience in customer service preferred.
  • Those without a Bachelor's degree, but possessing the required skill sets will be considered too.
