Customer Service ExecutiveWe are seeking enthusiastic Inbound & Outbound Voice Process Professionals to handle customer interactions effectively. This role involves managing incoming customer calls, making outbound calls for follow-ups or sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide support
  • Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, feedback, or sales promotion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve targets
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
