Job Summary:-
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Officers for its Kotak 811 Digital Banking division. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, explaining digital banking products, and driving cross-selling opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 accounts and digital banking services
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage of Kotak 811 and associated services
- Provide effective customer support (75%) and cross-selling of banking products (25%)
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper follow-ups
- Adhere to banking compliance, service quality standards, and internal processes
- Achieve assigned service and sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Experience: Fresher & Experience Both can Apply
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Career Gap: No employment gaps exceeding 6 months
Shift & Working Conditions:-
- Rotational shifts, including Sundays and holidays
- 8 rotational weekly offs per month
- Shift timing between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9 Hours)
Compensation:-
- CTC: Up to 3,59,000 per annum
- Final compensation will depend on interview performance and experience
