Coordination: Work with other departments, such as sales, billing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
Target Achievement: Meet customer service targets, including response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call-handling efficiency.
Professional Communication: Communicate politely, clearly, and professionally while maintaining patience and a customer-focused approach.
Policy Compliance: Follow company guidelines, service standards, and customer data confidentiality policies.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and share suggestions to improve service quality.
