Salary Benefits

• Salary: upto 30,000 per month
• Joining Bonus: 0-25k (Vary process to Process)
• Performance Incentive: 2,750

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Graduate qualification required

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice sales services
• Engage with international customers to understand business needs and recommend solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver highquality customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to drive performance and meet business goals
