Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries and support.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
