Location: Thane & Malad (WFO)

Salary: 17,000 40,000 per month

Shifts: Rotational 9-hour window shifts

• US: 5:30 PM 9:30 AM
• UK: 10:30 AM 4:30 AM
• Australian: 3:00 AM 3:00 PM

Week Offs: Rotational 2 Week Offs

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Executives to join our International BPO team. This role is ideal for freshers with excellent communication skills who want to build a career in the global customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
• Assist US, UK, and Australian customers with queries and support.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Meet performance targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Flexible for rotational shifts and rotational 2 week offs.
• Must be open to Work From Office Thane or Malad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
