Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talk to Customers: Communicate with customers through email, phone, and chat to answer questions, solve problems, and provide information.

Update Customer Information: Accurately enter and update customer details, notes, and interactions in our CRM system.

Support the Sales Team: Help the sales team by preparing customer lists, tracking follow-ups, and keeping customer records clean.

Solve Basic Issues: Use the CRM to look up customer accounts and help solve their issues quickly.

Send Customer Messages: Help send out updates, newsletters, and other messages to customers using the CRM.

Keep Things Organized: Make sure all customer information in the system is accurate and up-to-date.

What We're Looking For

Freshers with Internship experience can also apply.

Excellent communication skills – you are clear, patient, and friendly when talking to customers.

Strong ability to organize information and pay attention to details.

A problem-solving attitude and a desire to help people.

You are a quick learner and comfortable using computers.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
