Job Description

  • Take ownership of customer complaints and queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Respond to customer enquiries by following defined service guidelines and processes
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused approach during all interactions
  • Identify recurring issues related to systems or processes and escalate them appropriately
  • Support monitoring and improvement of service procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Assist in maintaining service quality standards across customer interactions
  • Document customer concerns and resolutions accurately for future reference
