Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO / International Voice Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work in night shifts are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice processes.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
- Meet defined performance and customer service targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Must be flexible and comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work according to international time zones.
