Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO / International Voice Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work in night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice processes.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Meet defined performance and customer service targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Must be flexible and comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work according to international time zones.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
