Role Description

  • Liaison and manage relation with sister offices and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; flexible, and adaptable to change
  • Dealing with internal & external customers and situations with a professional and resourceful manner for resolution
  • Ensuring depth of deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables
  • Drive through day-to-day operations in the customer service task.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner with problem solving attitude.
  • Liaison with Various teams such as Research, and Quality Control team to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Working with Senior Management Teams to achieve Department's and D&B's vision and mission.
  • Knowledge in research/ consultancy/ financial services.
  • Bachelor's /master's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking Economics/ Business Studies from a top-tier university or from reputed institutes.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Capability in client Service Management to handle requests and maintain exceptional service quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative on-site environment
  • Prior experience in client servicing or customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Job Location: Chennai (Preferably candidates from Chennai)

Experience: 3- 5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15days only.
