Salary: 17,000 40,000 in-hand per month

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Freshers with excellent communication OR 6+ months International Voice

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
• Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate resolutions
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
• Work with team members to achieve performance goals
• Maintain courtesy, empathy, and professionalism on every call

• Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
• Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Quick learner with basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable with rotational night shifts
