Customer Service Executive- Consultative Sales- Securities Market

e are recruiting candidates who can speak Hindi and English.

Below are the Roles and Responsibilities:

We prefer candidates from B.com stream who are familiar and are interested to work and build their career in the NBFC Industry, however candidates from other streams also can apply.

This is a consultative selling job, upon selection candidates will be trained on NISM and will undergo the certification process. This will help them acquire a vast understanding on the security markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Consult prospective customers and provide insight on the happening investment options.

* Resolving the queries and concerns of customers in a timely manner.

* Positioning relevant products and services to the users according to their Purchasing Behavior. Upselling, Cross selling.

* Excellent Communication in English and Hindi

* Graduation mandatory (Any Graduation)

Work Specifics:

* 6 Days working/ Rotational Week Off.

* 8 Hours Shift- Day Shift

* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply

* Language - Hindi Mandatory with English Communication

* Location - Ambit IT Park- Chennai.
