Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will handle customer communications, manage service quality standards, and work collaboratively to enhance service operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
  • Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Service Management and maintaining service quality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or related fields is an advantage
