• Company's representative - Rendering company's financial services into the market / assigned counters.
• Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners.
• Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing.
• Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements.
• First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.
