Key Responsibilities

  • Update customer details and call notes accurately in the system
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow standard communication guidelines for different call scenarios

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English / Telugu
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on call center systems
  • Strong listening skills with a helpful and empathetic approach
  • Willingness to work in shifts (No night shifts for women)
