Job Summary
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for KUKA's advanced robotics and automation solutions deployed in electronics manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on the 3C market (Computers, Communications, and Consumer Electronics).
This role demands hands-on technical expertise, customer orientation, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic systems. You will work closely with OEM's, contract manufacturers, and system integrators to deliver exceptional service and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.

Electronics Segment Service Responsibilities
Technical Support & Service
- Install, commission, and program KUKA robots & AMR's for electronics assembly and automation lines.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and repair for electrical, mechanical, and programming issues related to KUKA robotic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and system health checks for electronics customers.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and backups using CRM tools (Salesforce).
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electronics OEM's and contract manufacturers.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting KUKA's service offerings.
- Support customers during project implementation and address technical queries promptly.
Application & Segment Focus
- Work on electronics-specific applications such as PCB handling, SMT processes, and cleanroom automation.
- Collaborate with application engineering teams for electronics-focused solutions and improvements.
Reporting & Compliance
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain records of all interventions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Application Requirements
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics (or) related fields.
- 46 years of experience in robotics, automation (or) electronics manufacturing service roles.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (75%) within India & abroad (passport mandatory).
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis if the work demands.
- Proficiency in English; Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Kannada) is an added advantage.
