Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing technical support to clients, performing field service tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Engineer will collaborate with clients, offer solutions for technical challenges, and support the performance and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and client relationship management
- Experience in Field Service and performing on-site diagnostics and repair
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for semiconductor wire bond equipment or related technologies
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems independently
- Technical expertise or relevant experience in semiconductor technology is strongly preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Having wire bonding or having semiconductor field experienced people will give priority.
