Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Location: Chennai (Field-Based)

RAL Inkjet Printing Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial printing and coding systems.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in coding and marking systems such as Linx, Domino, Videojet, Hitachi, or KGK.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of industrial printing systems at customer sites

Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of equipment

Preventive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime

On-site technical support and customer training

Handling service calls and providing timely resolutions

Supporting customers with operational and technical queries

Maintaining service reports and documentation

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field

1-4 years of field service experience (preferred in coding & marking industry)
