Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations interfaces, payors interfaces (States or Private Insurance).

EXCLUDE : jobs whose main mission is invoicing & cashing management (should be coded in the Job Family Finance & Controlling, in the Group Job Cash Management)1. Ensure the maintenance of customer database in the system, creation of Credit Notes and Debit Notes, etc.

  • Update customer info in the system and maintain sales activity dashboards.
  • Generate customer call reports, check data consistency, and prepare sales/customer reports.
  • Support to Offer team by preparing proposals for selected simple offers. Follow up on proposals, coordinate with Sales Representatives, and manage contract completion.
  • Participate in the customer claims treatment during contract initiation.

  • Technical degree in Economics, Business, MIS, Foreign Languages.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, sales assistant, or administrative assistant at department level.
