Job Description

  • Visit schools and educational institutions to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Train teachers, administrators, and school staff on the effective use of the company's ERP and LMS platforms.
  • Explain software features, workflows, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Assist schools during onboarding and implementation of the software.
  • Address basic user queries and provide first-level support during training sessions.
  • Ensure users are comfortable navigating and utilizing the platform independently.
  • Collect feedback from schools and share insights with the internal team for improvements.
  • Maintain training records and submit regular activity reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
  • Confidence in interacting with teachers, principals, and school management teams.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of educational technology, ERP systems, or LMS platforms is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to schools and educational institutions.
