We are seeking an individual with good communication and analytical skills to join our team as a client software training and support engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software and technology solutions, including CRM systems, websites, and portals, by providing comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships and retaining them, providing training on our company's products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Maintain constant communication with management, team, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Firmly work with respective team members to update the tickets
- Providing training on our company's products
- Resolving clients tickets and escalating to the other teams if needed
- Collect client Feedback, satisfy them, and make them stay with the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
