Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Contact customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Facebook messaging to collect feedback on products and services
  • Handle negative feedback by understanding concerns and resolving queries professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and follow-up actions
  • Support the quality team in identifying recurring issues and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution
  • Maintain polite, empathetic, and professional communication with customers
