Job Description

  • Assist the team in onboarding new clients and helping them get started with the platform.
  • Support basic CRM setup and coordinate internally for integrations and configurations.

  • Track client requests, issues, and follow up with internal teams for resolution.
  • Help maintain client records, activity updates, and account notes in the CRM.
