Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Use MS Excel to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our service.
